And this is not the limit at all! As practice shows, this indicator can reach about twenty-five kilograms. It sounds incredible, but this method of weight loss will allow you to lose weight without much effort.

Perhaps the main feature of the Maggi egg diet is the strict mandatory compliance with all conditions. If any other diet can undergo changes that will not be critical to it and will not affect the end result in any way, then it is categorically undesirable to eliminate any ingredient from the diet (and even more so, replace it with something else). . . . From this, the result can deteriorate significantly or disappear completely.

If you suddenly unleashed yourself and ate something that is prohibited by the egg diet, then you will not be able to continue. We will have to start over.

Now I would like to talk about the pros and cons that you will encounter when deciding to go on an egg diet for weight loss. The advantages of Maggi, of course, include a long-lasting result. All the weight you have lost will not come back to you after switching to a different diet. Also, this type of diet is quite "democratic". If you compare it to its counterparts, you will see that there are very few restrictions on the product range. However, this condition has two "sides of the coin.   • if there are no clarifications, then the choice and quantity of the product allowed for consumption is at your discretion;

  • dairy products and, in particular, cheese, exclusively (! ) without fat;

  • chicken meat is always (! ) eaten without skin;

Maggi Egg Diet: Week 1

Side note: Week 1 and 2 breakfasts should include one or two hard-boiled eggs and one fruit (grapefruit / orange). In the 1st week, it must be whole; in the second week, it is allowed to eat only half.

Also, for your convenience, lunch and dinner will be referred to as Meal II and III, respectively.

Monday

  • II: pamper yourself with fruit.

Tuesday

Thursday

  • II: boiled vegetables + cheese + a couple of eggs.
  • III: a couple of eggs.

Friday

  • II: fish (boiled or fried).
  • III: a couple of eggs.

Saturday

  • II: tomatoes, citrus and a little meat.
  • III: mix of fresh fruits (it can be substituted for a salad of them).

Sunday

  • II: some chicken, fresh tomatoes, boiled vegetables and citrus.
  • III: some chicken, fresh tomatoes, boiled vegetables and citrus.

Maggi Egg Diet: Week 3

Monday

Today all the fruits are at your disposal. You determine the number of meals and their volumes yourself. There are only two standard restrictions: no eating after 6pm! m. and do not use what is prohibited!

Tuesday

On this day, boiled vegetables and salads are available to you (naturally, without dressings).

Wednesday

Our Wednesday is about fruits and vegetables: mixed salads, boiled or fresh, you choose to your liking, always avoiding only dressings and prohibited products.

Thursday

As in the best childhood traditions, Thursday is fish day. Consequently, we eat fish, vegetable side dishes, lettuce, and fresh cabbage.

Friday

On this day, you can relax a little. You have the right to allow yourself some slices of meat with vegetables (or a garnish of these).

Saturday and Sunday

At the end of the week, let's unload the body a bit. Only one type of fruit is allowed on weekends, so it can be eaten "from the belly" and at any time.

Maggi Egg Diet: Week 4

Important: the products listed below can be consumed at any time, without restrictions, however, it is strictly forbidden to make changes to the menu (remove or replace ingredients)!

Monday

Monday is a hard day. You're in the home stretch, so treat yourself to some meat, fresh tomatoes (3) and cucumbers (4), unsweetened tuna, citrus fruits, and toast.

Tuesday

Today, like the day before, we "pamper" our body a little. In general, the diet for this day remains the same, with one small exception: you can diversify your dessert by replacing the well-known citrus fruits with a slice of melon, apple or pear.

Wednesday

Today we will enrich ourselves a little with calcium, and to the boiled and fresh vegetables (2 cucumbers and 2 tomatoes) already known, we will add 1 tablespoon. yochese or curd, as well as toasts, and of course, our favorite citrus fruits.

Thursday

Although Thursday is "fish day", today we eat meat, toasts (1 unit), Cucumbers (1 unit), Tomatoes (3 units) and orange / grapefruit (optional).

Friday

Today's diet will be easy: lettuce leaves, a couple of boiled eggs, standard citrus (your choice), and a couple of fresh tomatoes.

Saturday

The next-to-last day. We slowly begin to prepare the body for the diet. Today you can afford a little boiled chicken breast, 125 gr. cottage cheese or feta cheese, toast, a glass of yogurt, citrus fruits and a couple of fresh cucumbers and a tomato each.

Sunday

Well, the last day has come! Those who knew how to "endure" this uneven battle with their own willpower and extra pounds can observe dramatic changes that have occurred with the figure. But don't get too relaxed! Try to control in the future what and how much you eat, and today you can eat a little tuna, 1 tablespoon. yorequesón with toast, some boiled vegetables, citrus fruits, as well as a couple of cucumbers and a tomato.
